About The Role
As a Courseware Developer to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering courseware for our Sales, Presales, or Professional Services teams. If you have a deep understanding of adult learning practices and expertise in courseware development tools, we want to hear from you.
Area of Responsibility
- Learning & Development: Intermediate Level
- Professional know-how in the principles and practice of Learning & Development courseware design, delivery, and management based on practical, demonstrable experience.
- In-depth and varied knowledge and experience of Articulate Suite, providing advice and guidance to other users. - Thorough professional know-how to create and build courseware.
- Familiarity with text-to-speech software.
- Familiarity with Camtasia.
- Practical understanding of graphics manipulation.
- MS Suite
- Understands and contributes to standard business conversations.
- Reads, understands, and responds to complex messages from various sources.
- Presents clearly, explaining approaches and thinking behind decisions and work processes. - Summarizes complex information effectively.
- Displays a high degree of creativity, self-confidence, and persuasiveness.
Your Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Develops structured presentations with clear objectives, agenda, storyline, and key message summaries.
- Presents to small groups, both in-person and virtually,
