Overview of role
We have an exciting opportunity available to join our EUNA (Europe & UK) Learning & Development team supporting the successful operations of our Learning & Development activities. The role will involve working with external suppliers to arrange course dates, uploading courses onto our Learning Management System (LMS), handling day-to-day queries, and providing additional administrative support to the wider team where required.
Responsibilities will include
- Answer day-to-day queries regarding courses and programmes, using a number of internal shared outlook inboxes and supporting with queries regarding team or one-to-one sessions using psychometric tools or coaching
- Manage MS Teams channels and intranet pages in conjunction with the wider team, ensuring information is up to date, paying attention to detail with regards to company branding, tone of voice and accuracy
- Play a supportive role in facilitating the learning & development of others.
- Liaise with programme facilitators (internal and external), supporting with virtual and in-person sessions and managing course and programme materials.
- Ensure the smooth set up and coordination of sessions for the duration of courses or programmes, using internal processes and checklists
- Use our Learning Management System (LMS) to set-up sessions, manage enrolments, monitor waitlists and report on learning activities
- Create and maintain records across a range of digital systems to reflect L&D activities
- Use a range of external digital systems to coordinate questionnaires and reports for tools such as Insights Discovery and Motivational Maps
- Process invoices linked to courses and programmes using our internal finance management system, including raising purchase orders
- Manage credits held on external digital accounts for tools such as Insights Discovery and Motivational Maps
- Onsite contact when required, for in-person sessions held in Croydon: room and equipment set up, facilitator support, lunch, session close
- Provide additional administrative support to the EUNA L&D team as required
Candidate Specification
- People focussed, internal stakeholder management
- Good administrative skills
- Experienced using Microsoft Office, including excel and powerpoint
- High attention to detail
- Enjoys creative problem solving
- Good communication skills – verbal and written
- Able to multi-task and prioritise
- Have a pro-active and reactive approach to work
- Confident in adapting to new software as successful applicant will use our internal LMS (Connected Learning, Finance system (Connect Business), external portals for psychometrics like Insights Discovery and Motivational Maps
