Salary - £37,000 - £40,000 per annum
Permanent, Full time (39 hours per week, 08:30 - 17:00)
A full time, permanent opportunity has arisen at our Barnsley site for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join the team. You will develop and deliver the training plan for site and work with the HR Manager support the development of the site training strategy. You will also work with the site Leadership Team to help drive and influence change, building skills and capability, engage and motivate staff, develop their talents and improve the potential of staff through learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist HR Manager in creating the site learning and development in line with the over-arching people plan· Designing and delivering effective development programmes and solutions for a range of colleagues across the site which incorporates core capabilities and competencies in line with L&D strategy for the site
- Supporting with the sites Talant management process Delivery and ownership of the Premier Foods Talent and Development process and initiatives, tracking hi po colleagues and associated development paths and identification of flight risks.
- Create and implement an annual Training Plan, working closely with relevant internal customers, to identify and satisfy key and common training and development needs from shop floor and up to and including the site management team.
- Leading the site Training Team ensuring high performance and engagement with the People Plan, managing their whole employee experience.
- Liaise with internal training teams, external suppliers, training consultants and government funded bodies as required to deliver training and services which can not be provided by internal resource
- Developing new, or improve current, training processes, systems and courses to meet the changing needs of the business. In addition, participate in operational and cross functional projects and manage the development of the training requirement and people capability to ensure that all training needs are addressed and project implementation is effective
What we need from you:
- CIPD Level 5 (L/D)
- Train the trainer
- Experience in coaching
- Experience in designing training programmes
- Previous experience leading a team
- Experience with LMS
