The Learning & Development team are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with excellent organisation skills and administrative experience, to join the team. This role will primarily be within our education/ placements work stream however the team support across all work streams as required.
Working alongside subject matter experts, the administration team are responsible for providing support to enable the delivery of training for all Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust staff. Statutory & Mandatory courses are aligned to the Skills for Health Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF).
The role is based at Unipart House in Cowley and the current working pattern consists of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Hours can be discussed at interview.
You will be supporting the Learning & Development team with administrative tasks such as:
Adding courses to system and monitoring
Building relations with facilitators
Directing phone calls, emails and system queries to relevant teams within department and to wider Trust
Processing bookings and cancellations as required
Supporting MS teams sessions as required
Creating Intranet posts and adverts reaching out to wider Trust
Invigilating exams
Supporting with Corporate Induction
You should have excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills and be experienced in all aspects of administration. You will be able to work on your own initiative with competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.

The Support Services administration team is made up of three sub teams: Masters Education and Placements team, Statutory, Mandatory and Essential Training team, and Centre and Business team. The administration team are part of the wider Learning & Development department.
Learning & Development provide access to a wide range of opportunities which include clinical and professional development, vocational qualifications, leadership and management development as well as Apprenticeships and Functional Skills support. We support all staff from Oxford Health.
Personal development is encouraged and is supported through Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeships and other relevant IT and administration upskilling courses, alongside regular supervision and personal development review.
