Human Resources Operations Assistant
Salary: £22,191 - £23,679
Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Due to our continued growth, The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TCG) have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Operations Assistant.
About you:
You will have experience in HR or a strong desire to begin your career in HR. As a highly effective administrator and confident communicator you will deliver all HR processes, encourage staff and managers to maximise the self-service provision and input to continuous improvement projects.
The Role:
The HR Operations Assistant is the ‘front line contact’ of the HR Team at The Trafford & Stockport & College Group and is the first point of contact for all HR related queries from the business. Responsible for providing a high quality, responsive and positive employee experience delivering transactional services across all aspects of the employment lifecycle.
You will deliver confidential, efficient and enabling transactional services to support the Human Resources, Recruitment and Payroll functions. In addition, you will manage accurate employee records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and legislation.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a CIPD Level 3 qualification, be prepared to work towards this qualification or have obtained the equivalent skills and knowledge.
