An exciting opportunity has arisen within our high-performing LLN team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a proven record of engaging adult learners. The School of Language, Literacy and Numeracy are looking for an experienced and suitably qualified ESOL tutor to join our outstanding teaching team. Possible future opportunities to teach Functional Skills English. You will teach within our ESOL provision and preferably have the potential to teach across all levels. Our ESOL provision includes college and community based courses, during the day and evenings, from pre-entry to Level 2 qualifications. This role would suit someone with an understanding of adult learners and the ability to deliver innovative learning opportunities to meet their needs. We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified teachers, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm and have a desire to work with adult learners. FE or community teaching experience and a formal teaching qualification is desirable, although if you are willing to obtain your teacher training qualifications, we would also like to hear from you. A CELTA or equivalent qualification is essential. The successful applicant will need to be available to work across all our campuses. This is an hourly paid, fixed term position.
