In this role you will be responsible for the management and development of the department to the highest possible standard, ensuring that it is responsive to and meets the needs of the learners and the wider community served by the College. You will have a minimum of a Level 5 teaching qualification with a degree or vocational qualification in one of the curriculum subjects, with proven experience of managing vocational provision, ideally in an FE setting, leading to demonstrable improvements in learner success and the quality of teaching and learning.
