Oxfordshire Adult Learning (OAL) are recruiting for a Faculty Administrator to join our administrative team at our Abingdon campus.
OAL is a large, award winning faculty of Abingdon and Witney College. We aim to maximise access to learning for adults in Oxfordshire, widening participation and transforming the health, social and economic wellbeing of individuals, families and their communities. We offer a wide range of courses including GCSE and Functional Skills in English and Maths, ESOL, Community Learning, and leisure learning courses at a variety of venues throughout Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate will support teaching staff and the management team to deliver excellent customer service to our learners throughout their learning journey. This includes being able to provide support at campuses and at community venues, with some evening work required at busy periods such as at the start of term.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and digital skills. You will thrive in a busy and varied work environment, be solution-focused and work effectively under pressure, whilst maintaining accuracy, to meet challenging deadlines.
