About You We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with demonstrated industry experience and a drive to make a real difference in shaping the next generation of electricians. Applicants must hold a Minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations, or equivalent. While previous teaching experience and/or a recognised teaching qualification is desirable, we welcome applicants with a passion for the electrical industry and a commitment to fostering the growth of future professionals. About the role We are seeking a well-qualified individual to join our team as a Lecturer. In this position, you will use your professional expertise to deliver high-quality teaching across teaching on our electrical programmes up to level 3 catering to 16–18-year-old learners, apprentices, and adult groups.
