We are recruiting for an Electrical Lecturer to join the Electrical Department to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at our state of art facilities in the Broxbourne campus. About The Role We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting our learners in developing their knowledge, practical skills and learning attitudes through the course. As Electrical Lecturer you will be setting the foundation being the vital component to provide practical and theoretical lessons to students and contribute to a successful starting route in them entering the world of work! About You The successful candidate will display a passion for teaching and enjoy interacting and engaging with students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues whilst using your own initiative. You will have great interpersonal and organisation skills and competent in using IT systems. You should have a relevant teaching experience and a professional qualification in Electrical Installation up to a Level 3. Industry experienced is welcomed with a strong commitment to obtain a teaching qualification within an agreed timeframe combined with extensive knowledge of the construction industry.
