Job Overview:
We are currently in search of an experienced administrator who can thrive in a small, close-knit team. Experience in education is a plus, but not a necessity. Your main goal will be to offer day-to-day administrative support to our organisation. You'll be a key cog in our operations, providing assistance to various departments including customer service, finance, end-point assessments and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day administrative support for operations
- Assisting with customer inquiries and the Gateway process for EPA
- Registering apprentices, booking assessment centers, and applying for Apprenticeship Certificates
- Processing and filing sales invoices and purchase invoices, checking accounts, and supporting overdue invoices management
- Results submission checks, certificate printing and posting, and portal maintenance for qualifications
- Responding to calls and emails professionally, forwarding complex queries to relevant team members, and enhancing customer service with timely, up-to-date support and information
- Supporting the CEO with basic administration tasks

A successful applicant will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in office work and administration, including use of Microsoft packages and management information systems. Experience operating in a compliant or regulated environment is beneficial.
- Display flexibility, professionalism, self-sufficiency, and excellent time management according to business priorities.
- Demonstrate strong commercial skills, interpersonal skills, good organisational and administrative skills, and robust IT skills.
- Hold a minimum L3 qualification in Administration, Customer Service or a relevant occupational area such as IT or Finance. (A Level 4 qualification or IT qualification would be a bonus.) [DESIRABLE, rather than essential]
