Join us as an Early Talent Programme Consultant
- Deliver Early Careers programmes (graduates, interns and apprentices), primarily across the Wealth business
- Represent Early Talent in any business-facing interactions with all key stakeholders
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of all aspects of programme delivery from onboarding, programme and performance management, learning and roll-off at the end of the programme
As an Early Talent Programme Consultant, we'll look to you to support the delivery of learning or professional qualifications as appropriate for your programmes. You'll support key Early Career projects, for example; induction, onboarding, pay and performance management and manage graduate placements and rotations.
You’ll also:
- Support graduates, interns, apprentices and managers with any performance related or well-being queries
- Ensure Early Talent populations roll off the programme, including monitoring progress and working in partnership with the business to identify roles if required
- Provide regular MI and track costs effectively
To be successful in this role, you’ll need knowledge of Early Careers, coupled with project management skills and the ability to build excellent working relationships.
