Job Description
This Technology Programme is a rotational graduate program that spans across departments within the Chief Operating Officer’s (COO) business function. This 24-month fixed-term position with a view to extend the contract if appropriate.
The Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) department provides cross-functional and system solutions by bringing together teams to transform technology platforms, products, and services securely. DTS ensures that colleagues have the devices and support they need to service clients.
The Product and Delivery Pathway of the MAP provides successful candidates with exposure to the workings of a leading technology organisation within the Financial Services industry. Candidates will have first-hand experience in multiple Change delivery roles, including Business Analysis, Service Design, and Project Management. They will develop a set of technical and soft skills that will be interchangeable between teams.
The rotational program is divided into four rotations, each term running for approximately six months. During this time, the candidate will report to senior leaders within the Digital Technology Services (DTS) function, who will guide them through the program of rotations. MAP candidates will also be provided with a buddy to offer first-hand experience and to assist with navigation around the organization.
The 2024 intake will be based in London, with possible travel to other offices as COO teams are spread across a number of UK locations. The individuals would be expected to build a network outside of the COO function, including contacts within Financial Services.

Outstanding performers in the program could be offered a full-time position following the completion of the program.

- Willingness to learn and ability to assimilate information
- Strong communication skills written and verbal

- Self-starter so be able to work without supervision
- Ability to work to prioritise and work to deadlines;
- Demonstrates a high degree of proactivity
- Demonstrates an interest in Financial Services.
Professional Qualifications and Education
- The successful candidates for the 2024 programme should have the following minimum requirements:
- A degree in a relevant qualification
- ABB at A-level or Higher or 32 IB Diploma; and
- B or above in GCSE or National 5 Maths and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
