Our established in-house Resourcing Team is driven by the key objective of providing an outstanding recruitment service; one which is flexible, swift, focused on business needs and delivered with passion, drive and innovation.
Pay, Benefits And Culture...
You can be based anywhere in the UK and we’ll support you to work flexibly from home (providing a suite of IT equipment), as a team we get together at least quarterly, usually at 90 Whitfield Street. You may travel also to meetings and events that could be anywhere in the UK.

The opportunity…
Early Careers Recruitment really is like no other. Our roles span every business unit, creating a unique opportunity for you to experience a truly EDF wide role. We’re busy, but we’re focussed on ensuring the highest of candidate and hiring manager experience. The role entails lots of stakeholder management, relationship management of our third-party supplier, and supporting and running our assessment centres.

What We’re Looking For…
You’re an accomplished recruitment specialist who is proud of your impressive track record gained within technical or specialist/professional recruitment. Your experience will have been gained within RPO, in-house or possibly an agency environment.
Professional, passionate about quality delivery and famous amongst peers and stakeholders for the value you add, you have great engagement and communication skills and you pride yourself on your ability to work at pace and with exceptional accuracy to ensure that a right first-time service is provided. Your career has led to you building expertise in the skilled management of the full recruitment cycle, with particularly strong knowledge and experience within candidate attraction, stakeholder management, candidate experience and commercial awareness.
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
