About the Role
The Deputy Head of Student Services is a key support role within the College, reporting directly to the Director of Student Services & Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to ensure effective and efficient management of student support services. The service areas for which the postholder will take specific direct responsibility will be determined by the successful candidate’s prior experience and areas of expertise. The designated service areas will be managed in line with regulatory and legislative requirements and with full regard for the College’s Safeguarding, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, and Health & Safety requirements.
About you
Successful applicants will need to be prepared to work flexibly, demonstrate resilience, and have in-depth knowledge of student support services, as well as the ability to work under pressure and be able to communicate effectively at a multi-agency level and with learners of all ages.
