Working hours: Full-Time – 37.5 Hours per week.

Location: You will be based at our Blackburn site with scope for some remote working thereafter.
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity at Training 2000 for a Compliance Administrator to join the Data Co-ordinator Team within the Quality & Contracts department. We are looking for a committed, passionate and dedicated individual to join the team to support to generate contractually compliant documentation to support Government funded delivery.
The key duties of the role will include:
- To ensure that documentation, which supports the contractual evidence base is compliant and current, in order that the Company meets its contractual obligations.
- To ensure documentation is accurately complete containing all necessary signatures of agreement.
- To ensure that all documentation is accurately titled, stored, securely and in the designated files.
- To meticulously track complete work to enable accurate progress reporting.
- To provide regular reports to Managers, which identify the current position and action taken on compliance.
- To support external funding body audits, ensuring proactive preparation and the gathering of all required and relevant evidence.
- To undertake any related activity as seen fit by the Departmental leadership to contribute to the legal and contractual compliance of the company.
- To comply with all company policies and procedures in relation to Safeguarding, Health & Safety, GDPR and Equality and Diversity and ensure adherence at all times.
- To undertake any other duties comparable with the role as requested by your Line Manager or a member of the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of Education and Skills Funding Agency requirements. (Not essential)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s policies and procedures which support contract data and funding
- Demonstrates effective and consistent communication and active listening skills across all levels in the company relating to compliance administration.
- Demonstrates highly effective operational organisational skills in the tracking of completed work.
- Demonstrates effective capabilities in the positive engagement of internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong ICT skills in the preparation of compliance documentation. (i.e. fully conversant with all Microsoft packages).
- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance monitoring processes.
- Demonstrates meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates integrity with open and honest behaviours which are in alignment with the Company’s Core Values.
- Demonstrates well developed engagement behaviours, which motivate and encourage high levels of commitment and compliance.
