Overview
To help us to deliver our vision, we have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Consultant based in Derby with occasional travel to client sites.
The focus of this role is to drive new business opportunities and maximise recruitment to apprenticeships and commercial training. You must have the ability to engage with employers with an understanding of their organisational training needs.
You will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst delivering excellent customer service. In order to be successful you must be self-assured and motivated in your ability to achieve your targets.
You should ideally have a proven track record of working in business development in either an education or commercial training related sector, a solid background in customer service and experience of meeting sales targets.
You will receive training to ensure that you have an exceptional knowledge of the full range of apprenticeships and commercial training offered by Nine Dots Development.

Role Responsibilities
Main Accountabilities:
- Engage with businesses nationally to identify and respond to their training needs.
- Identify training opportunities and recommend solutions from the Nine Dots portfolio
- Build a pipeline of prospective employers from marketing leads
- Convert dormant employers back to live status
- Develop strong business relationships with existing customer base through effective relationship management
- Work as part of a dynamic team, meeting start targets for apprenticeships
- Support employers with the set-up of their apprenticeship account
- Promote commercial programmes where an apprenticeship is not suitable for the client
- Achieve sales targets in terms of learners for apprenticeship and commercial programmes
- Work with clients to produce compelling proposals
- Provide regular, accurate and clear sales information to the Commercial Director
- Use the CRM system to keep track of activity and information
- Liaise with marketing, operations and the delivery team to support the execution of high-quality projects
- Any other reasonable client service duties

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths grade C or 4/5 or equivalent
