Qualifications / Experience - Degree qualified in relevant subject area, would also consider staff with nursing backgrounds.
Should have or be working towards a teaching qualification
The School of Health and Social Care and Early Years offers a wide range of programmes from Entry 3 to Level 6, including specialist provision of supported internships, along with T-levels in both Education and Early Years and Health (Adult Nursing).
The School aspires to achieving excellence in teaching and learning through innovative and excellent practice within exciting and developing specialist subject areas. All staff are expected to create effective and stimulating learning opportunities for all students through high quality teaching, learning and assessment. The School requires that staff must be able to teach a range of specialist skills including the use of current industry practice. The staff team are dedicated and contribute to the overall success of the School.
As a bank worker you would be expected to be aware of national developments in the subject area and to plan, prepare and deliver high quality lessons in order to achieve effective management of the learning process in addition to the assessment, tracking and recording of student progress.
