Are you looking for a new opportunity in Business Development? We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales and National Accounts team.
About The Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll play an important role in building strong relationships with our external partners. You'll work with different teams to create tailored solutions for our clients, focusing on their training needs and goals. This involves designing customised programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, and collaborating with various departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and executing a business development strategy aligned with HIT’s goals
- Identifying new market opportunities and potential growth areas within existing accounts
- Managing client accounts
- Staying updated on industry trends and customer needs
- Collaborating with Sector Leads to explore new business prospects
- Supporting negotiations with clients to secure new ventures
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Implementing strategies to increase revenue from existing and potential clients
- Meeting business development targets
About You
We're looking for a proactive Senior Business Development manager with the following experience:
- Experience within the apprenticeships or work-based learning sector
- Demonstrable experience in selling to senior executives
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- A history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
