About the role
You will lead on the development and delivery of a broad, high quality and efficient offer of classroom-based, T-Levels and Apprenticeship programmes in the areas listed below:
- Early Years Education
- Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- Working with Children in Early Years
About you
You will hold a degree in Early Years or equivalent along with a teaching qualification. You will have experience and good knowledge of current practices and innovations in the Sector and in Further Education. Evidence of leading and supporting staff in the development of strong teaching, learning and assessment embracing innovative practice and leading to demonstrable positive impact for learners is also a key requirement.
