Full time starting salary is £57,696 to £59,421 per annum, with potential progression when in post to £64,914 per annum. We are advertising an exciting opportunity to join our School of Health, Wellbeing and Social Care to work in a new role as Apprenticeship Lead. The role will have overall responsibility for ensuring the University's apprenticeship provision is of the highest quality, and compliant with regulatory requirements as set out by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IFATE), Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), Ofsted, Office for Students, and other relevant internal and external regulatory frameworks. Skills and experience An honours degree or postgraduate degree in a related discipline A PhD or professional qualification and significant relevant professional experience at a senior level e.g. current NMC registration HE teaching qualification or commitment to complete one Up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeships in a higher education setting and the Ofsted Inspection regime Experience of leading and motivating teams to deliver high performance and achieve high quality provision More information can be found in the Job Description below.
