LDN Apprenticeships Mission is to “create opportunities for diverse talent to realise their potential”. To achieve this, we provide industry-focused training, world-class support, and apprenticeships that accelerate careers and secure futures.   LDN was founded in 2010 in response to the high levels of youth unemployment in London that were caused by the 2008 financial crash. There were literally millions of young people who had no way of getting their foot in the door at awesome companies. From the moment our first apprentice started work, we have been relentlessly focused on our mission and on creating positive social impact for our apprentices, our clients and our community.   LDN has grown rapidly in recent years, and we now provide apprenticeships across different sectors including business administration, corporate responsibility, digital marketing, information technology, publishing, and Salesforce. Our strategy for continued growth is to identify, launch and grow new niche apprenticeship programmes, and we are constantly looking for new apprenticeships to deliver.   In July 2021, we were judged to be an Outstanding apprenticeship provider by Ofsted. Achieving the top Ofsted grade was a critical moment for LDN, confirming the quality of our provision. In June 2022 we became a certified B Corp, confirming our commitment that LDN Apprenticeships believes in business as a force for good. And later in 2022, we became Living Wage Foundation accredited, demonstrating our commitment to ensuring all of our employees are paid a living wage.
