About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Apprenticeship Recruitment resourcer to join our Bristol office. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to develop new skills, build meaningful relationships, and make a real difference by connecting candidates with apprenticeship opportunities.
You will play a key role in supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey, from initial engagement through to interview coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Source, qualify, and shortlist candidates for apprenticeship vacancies in line with employer requirements and job specificationsConduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and career aspirationsGuide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and supportive experienceCoordinate and schedule interviewsBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout their career journeysIdentify and attract talent using a range of channels, including government websites, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other sourcing toolsCreate and publish engaging job advertisements and maintain up-to-date website contentManage recruitment administration activities, including following up on leads, enquiries, and candidate communicationsMaintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes and data protection requirements
