About the role:
We are looking for a motivated IT Trainer to join the team in Bishop's Stortford to provide the full training resource to the firm’s 400+ IT users.
What this role would include:
Develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions through instructor-led sessions, e-learning, and end-user support guides.Train staff on the firm’s bespoke legal systems and the Microsoft platform.Produce and deliver the full IT induction programme for new starters.Build and continuously improve the internal knowledge base for all IT systems.Maintain an accurate library of training guides and videos on the firm’s intranet.Deliver advanced Microsoft Office training aligned to business processes.Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing activities.Maintain consistently positive customer feedback.Provide support to the Head of IT as required.What we are looking for:
Experience of CRM and MS Dynamics advantageous.Experience with legal systems is preferable.Professional, polite, enthusiastic and have welcoming approach.Can deliver information in an understandable and user-friendly fashion.
