At Higher Ed Partners (HEP UK), we're passionate about helping universities expand access to high-quality, affordable online education. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Trainer to develop the skills, confidence, and performance of our Enrolment and Retention teams.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of our Contact Centre operation—delivering engaging training, coaching advisors and leaders, and helping shape a high-performing sales culture that supports students on their educational journey.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering induction, onboarding, and ongoing sales training programmes
- Coaching advisors and team leaders through workshops, huddles, and side-by-side sessions
- Creating engaging training materials, playbooks, scripts, and digital learning content
- Using performance data and insights to improve sales capability and conversion outcomes
- Supporting managers to become effective coaches and people developers
- Working closely with operational leaders to identify skills gaps and drive performance improvements
What we're looking for
- Experience delivering sales training in a B2C, customer service, or contact centre environment
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- A passion for developing people and helping others succeed
- Experience creating training content and learning programmes
- Confidence using data and performance insights to shape training interventions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
