Summary
We are seeking a passionate Trainer/Assessor to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a Trainer/ Assessor, you will play a key role in empowering individuals through education and skill development, contributing directly to our mission of fostering employment and social inclusion. This position is based in Leicester, requiring you to travel across East Midlands.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions tailored to individual needs.
Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
Develop educational materials and resources to enhance learning.
Support learners in overcoming barriers to employment.
Collaborate with team members to improve training programs.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress.
Promote a positive learning environment that encourages growth.
Stay updated on best practices in teaching and employability support.
Deliver the course to participants and manage the results and achievements
Create and adapt lesson plans
Inspire high standards of learner experience
Work with key stakeholders to evaluate and develop solutions to ensure high satisfaction rate
Maintain confidentiality with respect to the learners
Qualifications
Teaching qualification essential
Assessor qualification essential
IQA qualification desirable (or willingness to work towards)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering ESOL qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in adult education
Motivation to deliver strong outcomes for individuals and transform lives
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Good at problem solving
Strong IT skills with experience of using MS packages and CRM systems
Excellent organisational skills
A strong commitment to personal and professional development
Be a team player and supportive of colleagues

Benefits
Salary up to £30000 per annum (pro-rata) depending on experience.
