The Opportunity
- SEN Learning Support Assistant
- £480 - £510 per week(term-time only)
- Secondary School in Bournemouth
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, for the full academic year
- Start September 2025 or any start dateuntilJuly 2026, with a possibility of starting earlier!

What We're Looking For
- Adegree (2:2 or above), with a genuine passion for supporting students with learning difficulties
- Previous experience working with young people with learning difficulties (preferred but not essential)
- Friendly, confident, and enthusiasticpersonality
- Commitment toinclusionandequal opportunities
- Ability to relate to young people, with an understanding of their needs
- Ability to workeffectively as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Support students with theirpersonal needsand implement related programmes
- Provide support forindividual studentsinside and outside the classroom to ensure they fully participate in activities
- Build positive, respectful relationships with students, supporting their emotional and academic growth
- Maintain high expectations that every student will makesustained progressboth academically and personally
- Support students to beready for the next steps in their learningand to contribute confidently to classroom activities
