Job Summary
Cover Supervisor to manage classroom during teacher absences, ensuring continuity of teaching and supervision of students using supplied materials.
Hours & Pattern
34.15 hours per week, full time term time only (39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave; salary pro rata).
Salary
£25,185 to £26,403 per annum (based on 34.15 weeks per year).
Responsibilities
- Classroom management and student supervision during teacher absences.
- Delivering lesson plans and overseeing work set by absent teachers.
- Maintaining a professional approach, reliability, and organisation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Self confident with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional approach, reliable and well organised.
- All applicants must undergo safer recruitment procedures, provide satisfactory references, and obtain an enhanced DBS check.
- All staff will be expected to hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check and promote the welfare of children.
