- Be responsible for the learning, progress and wellbeing of a KS1 class
- Deliver a creative, engaging and inclusive curriculum aligned with the EYFS-KS1 transition
- Foster a safe, nurturing and ambitious classroom environment
- Work collaboratively within a supportive phase and whole school team
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
About You
- Is a qualified teacher (QTS) with experience or a strong interest in KS1
- Has high expectations of all pupils and a belief that every child can succeed
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of early reading, phonics and child development
- Reflects our school values through kindness, integrity, ambition and respect
- Is reflective, resilient and committed to professional growth
- Is an excellent communicator and team player
