You will be working under the guidance and supervision of the class teacher to support pupils in lessons. You will also deliver literacy, numeracy and social skills sessions on a 1:1 and small group basis.This is a part time, 15 hours per week position, working during term time and staff training days. Hours are anticipated to be 09:00 am - 12:00 midday, Monday to Friday. The role is subject to the renewal of council funding and is therefore offered on a fixed-term basis until July 2027.It is essential that an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent full and relevant qualification) is held.The schoolPortsmouth High School has been educating girls since 1882.
