Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to work within North Lincolnshire CAMHS Administration team. The role involves providing admin support to our pathways and includes being the first point of contact for patients and families.
The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Senior Administration Assistant supporting with processing referrals, formatting letters, actioning tasks on System One, note taking, scanning, filing, reception cover, answering the phones and any additional admin duties which are required.
The post holder will be expected to work using their initiative whilst working in partnership with key agencies. Communication and team working are essential skills to succeed in this role..

Main duties of the job
Provide a confidential, quality administrative service to an identified pathway within the Children's Care Group as part of Single Point of Contact Model.
To communicate effectively, accurately and professionally, applying discretion and empathy where necessary, with written, telephone and face to face contact, with patients, visitors, other Trust staff and external agencies.
Create and maintain, up to date computerised patient records and recall systems on SystmOne.
Update new referrals on to SystmOne. Maintain current referrals and end where advised to do so.
Provide an efficient and timely photocopying and scanning service to the team.
Maintain, scan and file paper records and information as appropriate, in line with records management principles.
