Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work 18 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday, to support students in our ALFIE department at Berkshire College of Agriculture campus. This position is permanent and term time only for 37 weeks of the year. The role pays from G17 £10,297.07 up to G19 £11,024.81 (annual equivalent £25,483 to £27,284) which is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Join our ALFIE (Adult Learning for Independence & Employment) provision team and support adult learners aged 19+ with special educational needs, disabilities, or learning difficulties.
ALFIE offers part time vocational courses designed to build confidence, independence, and employability skills.
Your role will involve supporting learners on a one to one basis, in small groups, or within a classroom setting, helping them develop essential life and work skills such as independent living, money management, health, and employability.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling learners to access the curriculum, engage fully in college life, and work towards achieving their individual goals and full potential.
