Responsibilities
Support classroom learning and deliver targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
Assist with lesson preparation and support pupils during teaching hours.
Prepare and supervise the Breakfast Club, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children aged 3 5.
Provide additional support as required, including occasional cover shifts; additional hours will be paid via pay claim.
Qualifications & Skills
- Shared commitment to the school's ethos and values.
- Kind, patient, intuitive and positive approach to supporting young children.
- Experience in a similar educational or childcare role (e.g., teaching assistant, childcare worker).
- UK teaching qualification (Level 3 TA or equivalent) and relevant safeguarding and health & safety training.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Current DBS or willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
