A caring and inclusive primary school in Eastbourne is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
Essential requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- UK-based experience working with children
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Your role
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Help children stay engaged and regulated
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
We're looking for someone who
- Has SEN experience (school-based or similar)
- Is calm, patient, and resilient
- Understands that every child progresses differently
