📍 Glasgow (Office-based initially, with scope for hybrid working)
💷 £27,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission (monthly, quarterly and yearly)

This organisation has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality training and apprenticeship programmes across the UK and is now investing heavily in the growth of its Modern Apprenticeship provision, particularly within IT and Digital sectors.

The Role
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Scotland
Promoting Modern Apprenticeship programmes to employers across a range of sectors
Building strong relationships with new clients and understanding their workforce needs
Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
Supporting clients in creating sustainable talent pipelines through apprenticeships
Working towards and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Developing your own client portfolio, with ongoing account management responsibilities
