Business Development Manager – Modern Apprenticeships
Glasgow (Office-based initially, with scope for hybrid working)
£27,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission (monthly, quarterly and yearly)

This organisation has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality training and apprenticeship programmes across the UK and is now investing heavily in the growth of its Modern Apprenticeship provision, particularly within IT and Digital sectors.

The Role
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Scotland
* Promoting Modern Apprenticeship programmes to employers across a range of sectors
* Building strong relationships with new clients and understanding their workforce needs
* Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
* Supporting clients in creating sustainable talent pipelines through apprenticeships
* Working towards and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Developing your own client portfolio, with ongoing account management responsibilities
