We have an exciting opportunity for a well organised and self-motivated Lecturer in Outdoor and Adventurous Activities based at our Willerby Grove Campus (with an expectation that you will be able to work across all 3 sites) on a full time, permanent basis.
Main Duties Of The Role
Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by undertaking formal scheduled teaching and assessments and to include preparation and evaluation of delivery.
Essential Requirement
- GCSE level standard education or equivalent (maths & English).
- Level 5 or above teaching Qualification (CertEd / PGCE or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
- Minimum of Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area (combination of land and water based instructional qualifications) e.g:
- Mountain leader
- Single pitch
- Paddle sport instructor
- Mountain bike instructor
- Orienteering instructor
- Archery instructor
- NSRA instructor
