Job summary
This is a dynamic, people-focused role at the heart of organisation development and learning across the Trust, supporting the design, delivery and coordination of high-impact projects that enhance staff experience, enable culture change and build organisational capability. Working within the Organisation Development and Learning team, the role brings core initiatives such as Induction, CPD, Apprenticeships and widening participation to life through hands-on delivery, engaging training, meaningful learner experiences and strong partnerships with schools and external organisations, while creating resources, e-learning and support that help people grow, succeed and feel welcomed from day one.
Main duties of the job
- Play a key role in supporting the design, delivery and coordination of core learning, development, and engagement projects across the Trust.
- Delivering high-impact projects that span across all areas of organisation and people development, with a clear focus on enhancing the experience of learners, staff, and partners across the organisation.
- Working closely with Practitioners and Facilitators, to bring core initiatives, such as Induction, Learning Needs Analysis, CPD, Apprenticeships to life through tailored project actions, delivery, advice and guidance and supportive resources.
- Advancing our widening participation agenda, including coordinating work experience, T-Levels, and placements; leading high-quality induction experiences; acting as a welcoming point of contact for learners on site; and building strong relationships with schools and external partners through meaningful outreach.
- A confident and enthusiastic trainer, delivering a range of induction and soft-skills learning sessions that contribute to our wider development prospectus.
- Take ownership of creating compelling e-learning content, curating materials for the prospectus, advising on development pathways and available funding, and supporting the performance and completion of mandatory learning across the organisation.

Job responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions including corporate induction, softskills workshops, and modules from the Trusts prospectus.
- Support delivery of key organisational projects such as by coordinating activities, producing resources, and delivering associated sessions.
- Lead operational aspects of widening participation, including work experience, placements, TLevels, onsite learner support, and school/college outreach.
- Act as a welcoming and visible point of contact for learners, providing guidance, support and troubleshooting during placements and induction.
- Design and update highquality elearning content and curate materials for the Trusts learning prospectus.
- Advise staff and managers on development opportunities, pathways, funding options (e.g., apprenticeships), and mandatory training requirements.
- Maintain accurate learning records, track attendance, prepare reports, and support monitoring of statutory/mandatory compliance.
- Build effective relationships with internal colleagues, managers, external partners, and educational providers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating learning sessions and suggesting enhancements to programmes and processes.
- Manage own workload and priorities with a degree of autonomy, escalating complex issues to senior members of the team as required.
