About RAW Inc Training
RAW Inc Training is a small group personal training facility based in Hornchurch, Essex. We run structured, coached sessions built around the principle that group energy and individual results are not mutually exclusive. Our members are part of a community and the standard we hold on the gym floor reflects that.
We are not a commercial gym. We do not sell memberships and hope for the best. Every session is coached, every member is known, and every coach is expected to take genuine ownership of the experience they deliver.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time coach to join the team at RAW HQ. This is a hands-on coaching role across small group personal training sessions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality sessions, supporting member progress, and maintaining the standards that define how RAW operates.
The role includes early morning and evening sessions, so flexibility across the working week is essential. Exact scheduling will be confirmed with the successful candidate.
This is not a role where you clock in, run a session, and clock out. We expect coaches to be invested in their members, committed to their own development, and fully present every time they step on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coached small group personal training sessions to a consistently high standard.
- Track and support individual member progress within the group setting.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and professional environment on the gym floor.
- Communicate clearly with members and the wider RAW team.
- Manage your schedule and time effectively across early and late sessions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the RAW programme and community.
Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential).
- Experience in 1-2-1 or small group personal training (preferred).
- Strong communication skills - you can coach, not just instruct.
- High standards and attention to detail on the gym floor.
- Ability to manage your time effectively across a varied shift pattern.
- Energy, presence, and professionalism in every session.
- A genuine commitment to improving your craft.
What We Offer
- Full-time employed position, starting salary from £28,000 (dependent on experience and ability).
- Paid holiday.
- Sick pay.
- CPD support and funding for continued professional development.
- Mentorship from experienced coaches within the team.
- A structured training environment with a strong team culture.
Who We Are Looking For
Beyond the qualifications, we are looking for someone who takes coaching seriously as a profession. Someone who holds high standards without being told to, who works independently but thrives in a team, and who brings genuine energy and presence to every session.
At RAW, the values are straightforward: people over ego, standards over shortcuts. If that resonates with how you already work, we would like to hear from you.
How to Apply
Send a CV and a short video introducing yourself - who you are, why coaching matters to you, and why RAW. Any additional supporting material is welcome.
Submit your application to: admin@rawinc.co.uk
We look forward to hearing from you.
