This exciting role will include:
Teaching across a range of programmes from Functional Skills to GCSE English with a diverse range of learners.
Contributing to a collaborative and committed English & Maths team.
Using data and assessment to monitor progress and raise achievement.
Delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

A student‑centred approach with the ability to differentiate learning and assess effectively.
The ability to make English engaging, accessible, and relevant, helping students build confidence in literacy and communication.
Strong subject knowledge with a willingness to adapt teaching approaches, use real‑world contexts, and support learners to progress into further study or employment.
For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no or limited teaching experience. We can offer teacher development and qualifications to enable teaching success.

Annual salary: £30,000 - £42,000
(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
Hours: 30-37 hours/52.14 weeks (TBC)
