We are offering an exciting opportunity for you to be working on disciplinaries, absence cases, performance development, diverse projects to development business owners AND deliver accredited training to businesses across the nation.
We are looking for someone who cares about good quality HR, can deliver it, and can teach it!
Our story began in 2018 when our founder, Jen Webb, saw just how much independent automotive businesses needed down-to-earth, specialist, yet unique HR support. Starting out by helping a single garage owner, the practical advice, and reputation spread quickly. Seven years on and we are now so very proud to be the most recommended, and largest, HR consultancy dedicated to UK’s motortrade- with over 200 clients. We have on online training platform, accredited courses, an App for our clients to have in-house HR, and many other strengths to our consultancy. Although we are based in Cornwall, we work with clients throughout the UK, with our mission being to empower employers and boost businesses through authentic and effective HR advice. We are growing, and are looking for our next unique consultant. Please note - we have high standards, are passionate about our five star reputation, and take great pride in our dedication and professional work and personable service.
