An exciting opportunity has come up for a Business Lecturer to join West London College to deliver high-quality teaching to our learners and provide them with an outstanding experience.
The ideal candidate will:
As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning to our learners and provide them with an outstanding experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and counselling students.
You will have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning whilst possessing up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery, as this is essential in inspiring and engaging our learners throughout their time with West London College. Our Business Curriculum includes the following courses:
- L1 Introductory Diploma in Business
- L2 Extended Certificate in Business
- BTEC L3 Foundation Diploma in Business
- BTEC L3 Extended Diploma in Business
Our learners are at the heart of our college, so to motivate and support our learners, having a passion for delivering student success and having the ability to use inspiring teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials is essential.

The salary for this position is inclusive of London weighting. Please note that we advertise our salaries on a range to indicate the trajectory of progression that can be made. Appointments are usually made at the start of the salary range.
