In this role, you will deliver engaging Functional Skills Maths and English training to apprentices, helping them build the confidence and core skills they need to succeed in their careers. The tutor delivers English and Mathematics qualifications to Royal Engineer Apprentices and other Pearson TQ apprentices. The main base is 1 RSME, Brompton Barracks, Chatham, with occasional travel to other Pearson TQ or employer sites.
This is a part-time role, delivering Functional Skills courses Monday-Thursday from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, with administrative tasks completed during the day or on Friday evenings. This role aligns to industry-level titles such as Functional Skills Tutor or Maths & English Trainer.
