Job OverviewAs a Team Leader apprentice, you'll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork. You'll make sure the team maintains high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
Responsibilities
Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
Deputise the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and address any issues as quickly and safely as possible.

Apprenticeship Includes
A mixture of face‐to‐face and Skype/phone catch‐ups every 4 – 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress.
On‐ and off‐the‐job training, including workshops and webinars.

Opportunity to gain Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE).
Hospitality Team Leader Apprenticeship Qualification after completing the 15‐month programme.
