Experteer Overview
In this role you will coordinate and deliver Line Maintenance trainee programmes for Ryanair’s expanding European network. You’ll manage onboarding, licensing tracking, and programme reporting, ensuring timely updates to Maintenance leadership. You’ll drive continuous improvement through feedback and liaise with maintenance teams to keep licences current. This position offers hands-on impact in aviation training within a growing facility.
Pay / Benefits

- Track all Line Maintenance trainee programmes
- Coordinate onboarding for Line Maintenance trainees
- Drive continuous improvement of trainee programmes via feedback
- Ensure final programme reports are produced and distributed timely
- Track trainee programme performance
- Administer and monitor trainee licences
- Provide licence updates/FAQs to trainees
- Coordinate monthly licensing updates and feedback with Line Maintenance
Tasks
- Experience with UK apprenticeships is advantageous
- Ability to plan and meet management deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Office 365; keen to learn new tools
