Are you passionate about sharing knowledge, inspiring learners, and making a real impact all while enjoying flexibility? We’re looking for enthusiastic Trainer Facilitators (Bank Staff) to join our team and support learning across a range of programmes.
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering engaging training sessions and facilitating learning for students across a variety of programmes.
- Assessing learners using formal and informal methods, in line with awarding body requirements and internal processes.
- Supporting curriculum development and contributing to the delivery of strong pastoral and welfare support for students.
- Building positive, professional relationships with students, colleagues, and external partners.
- Keeping your subject knowledge and teaching methods fresh through continuous professional development.
- Supporting the wider college community by undertaking duties appropriate to the role, across our catchment area where required.

- Experience or strong interest in training, teaching, coaching, or facilitation.
