Yellow Bricks is supporting the appointment of a Corporate Partnerships Manager for a fast-growing organisation working to expand access to opportunity for ambitious young people across the UK.
This is a relationship-led role at the intersection of education, social mobility and the world of work. The successful candidate will build partnerships with forward-thinking employers, helping to translate corporate support into meaningful opportunities for students, from mentoring and workshops to work experience and apprenticeship pathways.
If you enjoy building trusted relationships, creating opportunities that have real impact, and connecting organisations with the next generation of talent, this is a role where your work will genuinely matter.
About the Company>
This organisation delivers a free, year-long leadership programme for sixth-form students, designed to equip ambitious young people with the confidence, skills and access needed to secure leading universities, competitive apprenticeships and meaningful careers.
Through a combination of mentoring, employer engagement, workshops and work experience opportunities, the programme connects talented young people with the professional networks and opportunities that can shape their future.
Corporate partnerships sit at the heart of this work. Employer-led workshops, mentoring, work experience placements and apprenticeship pathways directly influence the futures of thousands of young people each year.
The organisation is now seeking a commercially aware, relationship-driven professional to grow and deepen its corporate partnerships.
Corporate partnerships are not an add-on — they are the engine of impact.
Every employer relationship directly influences a young person’s trajectory.
A workshop can spark ambition.
A mentor can shift belief.
A work experience placement can unlock a career path that might otherwise have felt inaccessible.
The Role:
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with forward-thinking organisations committed to widening access and social mobility
• Act as the first point of contact for organisations interested in supporting the programme, guiding them from enquiry through to delivery
• Translate corporate ambition into practical, student-focused opportunities, including mentoring, insight days, workshops and apprenticeship pathways
• Work collaboratively with partner organisations to design and deliver high-quality engagement experiences
• Organise and coordinate impactful employer events that create genuine value for both students and partners
• Attend programme sessions and events, confidently representing the organisation and building trusted relationships with students and stakeholders
• Strengthen the connection between education and the world of work by ensuring employer involvement is structured, consistent and purposeful
• Support the development of repeat and long-term corporate partnerships, encouraging deeper engagement over time
• Contribute to partnership growth objectives and engagement targets
• Maintain an organised pipeline of current and prospective partners, tracking activity, commitments and follow-ups
• Monitor and report on partnership metrics, outcomes and feedback to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop case studies, testimonials and collateral that demonstrate partnership impact
What does success look like
By the end of your first year, you will have:
• Built a healthy and well-managed pipeline of engaged corporate partners
• Converted new enquiries into active, high-quality partnerships
• Established repeat engagement with key organisations
• Delivered a programme of employer-led workshops, mentoring and events that run smoothly and receive strong feedback
• Strengthened reporting and visibility of partnership impact
• Become a trusted and confident representative of the organisation with both students and corporate stakeholders
Success in this role means partnerships that are consistent, well-delivered and growing — not one-off engagements, but structured relationships that deepen over time.
