Dynamo Training is an independent training provider delivering high-quality apprenticeships and vocational training programmes across the UK. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to support the Director in leading the organisation’s operational performance and ensuring the effective delivery of apprenticeship programmes.
The Operations Manager will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, supporting delivery teams and ensuring that training provision meets the quality, funding and compliance requirements set by the Department for Education and the inspection framework of Ofsted.
Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational management of Dynamo Training, ensuring the organisation operates efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with its strategic objectives.
The role oversees the operational delivery of apprenticeship training programmes, ensuring that provision meets the expectations of the Department for Education, regulatory requirements and inspection standards set by Ofsted.
The Operations Manager will ensure that the organisation delivers high-quality education and training that meets the needs of learners, employers and the wider sector. The role supports the Director in implementing strategic priorities, maintaining financial sustainability, strengthening quality improvement, and ensuring the organisation maintains a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of apprenticeship and training programmes
- Manage and support staff, trainers and assessors to ensure high standards of delivery
- Monitor performance against key performance indicators including achievement rates, learner progress and employer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate learner and programme data and support reporting processes
- Support quality improvement activities and prepare for external inspections and audits
- Work closely with the CEO to support organisational growth and operational planning
Essential Requirements
- Experience in an operations or management role within an education or training provider
- Strong understanding of apprenticeships and vocational training delivery
- Knowledge of funding compliance and quality requirements within the sector
- Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage performance, systems and data effectively
Desirable
- Experience working within an independent training provider
- Familiarity with quality assurance and inspection frameworks

Pay: £45,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
