About us The Sheffield College is a further and higher education institution dedicated to providing academic, vocational, and professional qualifications to approximately 13,000 young people and adults annually. About The role We are looking to recruit a member of lecturer staff to deliver on Teaching Assistant courses from Level 1 to level 3. There is an expectation that you will have the skills and knowledge to teach across all levels. We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience of delivering of on these courses or has current experience of working within this role.
You should hold at least a level 3 qualification in in a relevant subject to teacher assistant or child development and will have or be committed to working towards a full teaching qualification.

- counselling
- preparation of learning materials and student assignments
- marking of students' work
- marking of examinations
- management and supervision of student visit programmes

- administration and personal professional development
