This role focuses on supporting clinics across London and the South East, helping them elevate clinical standards, maximise treatment performance, and strengthen their commercial success.
You will act as a trusted partner to aesthetic practices — delivering expert clinical training, shaping in‑clinic marketing strategies, and ensuring practitioners get the best from their devices and treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Training & Education
• Deliver hands‑on training for a range of aesthetic treatments, including laser, IPL, RF microneedling, skin rejuvenation, resurfacing, tattoo removal, and body sculpting.
• Coach practitioners to ensure safe, confident, and effective treatment delivery.
• Conduct refresher sessions and ongoing skills development for new and existing users.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build long-term, supportive relationships with clinics across the region.
• Provide continuous guidance on treatment optimisation, device usage, and best practice.
• Be the first point of contact for clinical support, troubleshooting, and performance queries.
Business & Practice Development
• Partner with clinics to improve treatment adoption and drive device utilisation.
• Support practices with marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns, branding, patient engagement strategies, and promotional ideas.
• Help clinics understand their commercial metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
Events & Demonstrations
• Represent the brand at workshops, trade shows, open days, and in‑clinic events.
• Deliver live demonstrations and educational presentations to groups of practitioners.
Territory & Administrative Management
• Manage a field‑based schedule across London/South East, with occasional overnight travel.
• Maintain accurate documentation via CRM systems, planning tools, reports, and forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to align on customer needs and territory strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Background & Experience
• Experience as a medical aesthetician, skin therapist, laser specialist, or para‑medical clinician.
• Proven ability to train others in a clinical or aesthetic setting.
• Understanding of skin/laser fundamentals and safe treatment protocols.
• Previous field‑based experience in aesthetics, medical devices, or clinic development is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident working with clinic owners, practitioners, and multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong relationship‑building capability and a supportive, consultative approach.
• Good commercial awareness — able to discuss patient journeys, pricing, and in‑clinic marketing.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage a regional schedule independently.
Personal Qualities
• Positive and adaptable, with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Comfortable with frequent travel within the region.
• Passionate about elevating clinical standards and helping clients succeed.
